Delete Specific Cached Objects Dialog Box

Use the Delete Specific Cached Objects dialog box to delete a specified absolute URL or a partial URL with a wildcard (*) to remove all content that matches the pattern. This action deletes the specified cached content from both the primary disk cache locations and the secondary disk cache location.

 

Element Name Description

URL

Enter an absolute URL to the cached content that you want to delete, for example, http://www.contoso.com/pictures/image.jpg. Or, enter a URL with a wildcard (*) to delete all content that matches the URL pattern, for example, http://www.contoso.com/pictures/*.
