The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Monitoring Management Pack provides a correlation engine to significantly reduce the number of alerts that may not require an action by the administrator. This reduction in the number of alerts is made possible by the processing of alerts by the Correlation Engine service. For more information about alert correlation, see Understanding Alert Correlation earlier in this guide.
