Deleting Orders

You can delete existing orders by using the Order Status module in Commerce Server Business Desk. This is useful, for example, when a user cancels an order or inadvertently creates a duplicate order, or when an item the user wants is no longer available.

To delete an order

  1. In Orders, click Order Status.
  2. Select the order you want to delete from the order results list, and then click Delete on the toolbar.
  3. In the Delete confirmation dialog box, click OK to confirm the deletion.

The order is deleted from your site.

  • After an order has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
