Discount Sort Order

The order in which award items in the user basket are processed impacts the total discount the user receives. The default sort order in Commerce Server 2002 applies the award to the most expensive item in the basket, which favors the user. If the award first applies to the least expensive item, the award favors the user. If you want the default sort order changed, contact your site developer.
