Cannot log on to a Web application as an Administrator
You can log onto Commerce Server Business Desk as an administrator, but you cannot log on to another Commerce Server application as administrator.
Solution
This problem is caused by a conflict between Business Desk and Windows domain names. To avoid this situation, create users in Business Desk, and then assign them access privileges by placing them in the appropriate domain groups. Users who need access to Business Desk can be added as domain administrators, and can access Business Desk using their standard user names.
