User not authorized to view page – reauthentication request

Description

Business Desk unexpectedly displays a request for your user name and password, or you receive an error message stating that the user is not authorized to view the page, or the Enter Network Password dialog box reappears even after you have entered the correct logon information.

Solution

If your Business Desk is running on a different Web server than your Commerce Server, the one running Commerce Server may be out of memory. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
