The Search function in Help does not return search results
When searching for words or topics in Commerce Server Business Desk Help, no search results are returned. The following message appears:
"No documents matched the query <your search text>."
Solution
Start the Indexing Service on the Web server. The Indexing Service should always be set to "Autostart," since there can be a significant time lag between when the service starts and when the folder containing Business Desk Help content is available.
