Report preparation task returns "Error cube process full" and "Failed to complete"

When you run the Report preparation DTS task, the following message is displayed:

     Source: CSDataWareHouse

     Event ID: 45057
     Description: Report Preparation DTS task : Error Cube Process Full : 
     Buyer Visits : Processing error [Source data contains no rows] 'Buyer
     Visits^BuyerType'S'

Followed by:

     Source: CSDataWareHouse
     Category: None
     Event ID: 45060
     Description: Report Preparation DTS task : failed to complete

These messages are displayed in two situations:

  • There is no data to be processed.
  • Dimensions or cubes were not processed.

Solution

You must determine whether data should have been in the Data Warehouse for processing. Do the following:

  • If no data was imported for the Report preparation DTS task to process, run the appropriate import DTS task, and then rerun the Report preparation DTS task.
  • If data was imported, review the Event Log and/or the CubeProcInfo/DimProcInfo tables in order to determine whether any dimensions or cubes failed to process.
