Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site

Run Business Desk in debug mode and attempt to recreate the problem. The only significant HTML component (HTC) on the page is the ListSheet HTC. Flip the debug flag in ListSheet to receive a more detailed error message. .

Solution

Log on to Business Desk using a user account created in Business Desk. Make sure this account has the appropriate access privileges. If necessary, add Business Desk users to the Administrator group.
