Cannot refresh catalog cache

When you click Refresh in the Catalog Editor in Business Desk, you might receive the following error message:

An error occurred while refreshing the catalog cache for:<BR><BR><B>%1</B>.

Solution

If your site was migrated from Commerce Server 2000, the updated BDRefresh.asp file should be copied from the updated retail site in Commerce Server 2002.

In addition, it is possible that the caches were not configured correctly. Compare the naming and configuration of Business Desk caches to those used in the Retail Solution Site.
