Saved DTS packages do not work after upgrading to a new edition of Commerce Server

If you create Data Transmission Services (DTS) packages in Commerce Server 2000, and you then upgrade to Microsoft Commerce Server 2002, the saved DTS packages will not work because the ProgIDs have changed.

Solution
