Incomplete catalog data after import failure

When you are importing a catalog, and a disruption (failure) occurs while the script is running, all your catalog data may not be imported. For example, a failure can occur if the Web server cannot connect to the SQL Server while importing catalog data.

Solution

Check the event log files to verify the cause of the disruption (such as loose connectivity with the SQL Server). Fix the cause of the disruption and run the import catalog process again.
