Updating Your Web Site with Business Desk

The following figure shows how you can use the Commerce Server Business Desk modules to update your Web site. For example, site data is gathered from your Web site and imported to the Data Warehouse, and then you can run analysis reports. You use the Campaigns modules to create and display advertisements, discounts, and promotions. You use the Catalogs modules to update information in your catalog. You use the Orders modules to research user orders. You use the Users modules to reset user passwords, change other user profile information, and specify the profile data to be collected.
