Length limitation for Active Directory data
If your Commerce Server Business Desk module relies on data stored in Active Directory common names, the maximum length for a string is 64 characters. In addition, organization names stored in Active Directory include a group name (either _Admingroup, which constitutes 11 characters or _Usergroup, which constitutes 10 characters).
Solution
If you are storing an organization name in Active Directory, the maximum length for the combination of the organization name and the group name is 64 characters. Make certain your name is within this limit.
