Deployment Scenarios

When planning your deployment, use one of the following deployment scenarios as a model. Your particular implementation of the deployment scenario will vary depending on your resources and requirements.

This section contains:

  • Small Site Configuration. Describes deployment scenarios for small sites using two to five servers.
  • Large Site Configuration. Describes deployment scenarios for large sites in which various Commerce Server components are deployed onto separate databases.
  • Global Site Configuration. Describes deployment scenarios for global sites where the servers are geographically distributed.
