New Database Dialog Box
The following table shows the options and functions available in the New Database dialog box. This dialog box is displayed when you use Commerce Server Site Packager to unpack a site.
| Use this | To do this |
|---|---|
| SQL Server computer | Type the name of the SQL Server cluster. |
| Database name | Type the name you want for the Data Warehouse database. |
| SQL user name | To create a new database, you must use a login that is a member of one of the following SQL Server roles: sysadmin or dbcreator. To avoid OLAP errors, you must avoid the following special characters:
/, ?, &, \, <, >, :, |, #, @, %, and ' |
| SQL password | Type the SQL Server login password. To avoid OLAP errors, you must avoid special characters: /, ?, &, \, <, >, :, |, #, @, %, and ' |
| Create Database | Click to create the new database on the specified server. |
