Building the ATL Pipeline Component Wizard

Before using the ATL Pipeline Component Wizard, you must build it with the CommerceDLG.dll file on your local computer, and then copy specific files to the correct directories on your computer. This is because the ATL Pipeline Component Wizard functions within the Microsoft Visual C++ program.

To build the CommerceDLG.dll file

  1. Click Start, and then click Run.

  2. In the Run dialog box, type regsvr32 followed by the path to the Visual Basic Pipeline Component Wizard. For example, type regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server\SDK\Tools\ATL Pipe Wizard\CommerceDLG.dll", and then click OK.

The RegSvr32 dialog box appears indicating success in building the CommerceDLG.dll file.
