The Microsoft Exchange Analyzer Tool determines whether a storport miniport driver is being used on an Exchange server. If a storport miniport driver is being used, the analyzer determines whether the version of the driver is older than 2.20. If the version is older than version 2.20, it generates the following warning message:

Storport_Miniport_Driver update available

Storport_Miniport_Driver is installed on server Exchange_Server_Name and an update is available. This update is highly recommended and can dramatically reduce Non-Paged Pool Memory usage. Current version: Storport_Miniport_Driver_Version.

To address this warning message, obtain the latest update for the storport miniport driver from Emulex Corporation.
