The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Rule Name

Explanation

This Error event indicates that the specified forms registry is unable to find a registry that it inherits from. This event may be caused because a registry that one or more registries inherit from has been deleted. For example, if Registry A inherits from Registry B and Registry B cannot be found, you will see this error.

User Action

To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:

  • Open the registry that is unable to inherit and remove the reference to the missing registry.

  • If the missing registry exists but has been moved, move it to the correct location.

  • Contact a Microsoft Support professional to resolve this issue. To contact a Microsoft Support professional, visit the Exchange Server Solutions Center. In the navigation pane, click Assisted Support Options and use one of the assisted support options to contact a Microsoft Support professional.
