The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers running Exchange 2010 and generates this alert when the events specified in the following Details table are logged.

Explanation

This Error event indicates that the generator file for proxy addresses for an address type could not be located in the file system.

User Action

To resolve this error, perform one or more of the following steps:

  • If the file exists, verify that the system account has permissions to read the file.

  • If the file does not exist, obtain a copy of the dynamic link library file (.dll) from another server or from the Exchange Server 2010 DVD. Then copy the correct version of the .dll file of the proxy address generator to the location specified in the error.
