Creating the Employee_Sales_Summary_2008R2 Report (SSRS)

This tutorial helps you build the Employee_Sales_Summary_2008R2 report from the suite of AdventureWorks 2008R2 sample reports. The Employee_Sales_Summary_2008R2 report answers the following questions for salesperson who sells products for the AdventureWorks Cycles company:

  • How do my seasonal sales compare year over year?

  • How do the category sales for this month compare to sales for the same month in previous years?

  • Am I meeting my sales quotas for the whole month and for each category?
