MultiPoint Server Program Compatibility Issues

Symptom

Installation of some programs on MultiPoint Server is not completed, or the program cannot start after installation. You might see an error message that states that the program might not be compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows. Examples of these programs include the following:

  • WordFile4Me

  • Math Homework Maker

Cause

Some programs are not designed to run on 64-bit versions of Windows, such as MultiPoint Server.

Resolution

This is a known issue. There is no resolution at this time.
