Viewing a router’s neighboring routers enables you to verify that the router is receiving Routing Information Protocol (RIP) announcements from all of its neighboring RIP routers.
To view RIP neighbors
Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure.
Open the Routing and Remote Access MMC snap-in.
In the console tree, expand the router name, and then expand IPv4.
Right-click RIP, and then select Show Neighbors.
