Explanation
Event error ID 9370 indicates that the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service failed to update the time stamp on the OAB files.
User Action
To resolve event error ID 9370, do one or more of the following:
Review the Application log for related events. For example, events that occur immediately before and after this event may provide more information about the root cause of this error.
Check the amount of free disk space. If the disk is full, consider deleting or moving files to increase free disk space.
If this event has been logged more than once for the same file, check the file permissions in the OAB distribution point. To locate the file path location for the OAB distribution point, run the Exchange Management Shell cmdlet Get-OABVirtualDirectory.
