Explanation
This Error event indicates that more than one process may be trying to use the same directory.
User Action
To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
Use the event logs to determine what processes are using the same directory, stop those processes, and then restart Microsoft Office Outlook Web App.

In the navigation pane, click Assisted Support Options and use one of the assisted support options to contact a Microsoft Support professional.
