A folder couldn't be created to cache the current Outlook Web App process. %nOther processes may be using the same directory. To fix this problem, stop the processes that are using the same directory, and then restart Outlook Web App. %nException message: "%1".

Explanation

This Error event indicates that more than one process may be trying to use the same directory.

User Action

To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:

  • Use the event logs to determine what processes are using the same directory, stop those processes, and then restart Microsoft Office Outlook Web App.

  • Contact a Microsoft Support professional to resolve this issue. To contact a Microsoft Support professional, visit the Exchange Server Solutions Center. In the navigation pane, click Assisted Support Options and use one of the assisted support options to contact a Microsoft Support professional. Because your organization may have a specific procedure for directly contacting Microsoft Product Support Services, be sure to review your organization's guidelines first.
