Explanation

Event error 9368 indicates that offline address book (OAB) generation (OABGen) failed to publish a differences file to the OAB distribution point.

User Action

To resolve event error ID 9368, do one or more of the following:

  • Check the amount of free disk space. If the disk is full, consider deleting or moving files to increase free disk space.

  • If this event has been logged more than once for the same file, check the file permissions in the OAB distribution point. To locate the file path location for the OAB distribution point, run the Exchange Management Shell cmdlet Get-OABVirtualDirectory.
