Explanation

This Information event indicates that the specified process could not locate a global address list (GAL) for the specified user name.

The GAL is a directory that contains entries for every group, user, and contact that is within an organization's implementation of Microsoft Exchange.

User Action

If the filter rule has been edited, you must update the GAL. You must also update the membership of an existing GAL to include new recipients and to remove those who no longer meet the filtering criteria. For more information, see Update a Global Address List.
