Process %1 (PID=%2). Exchange Active Directory Provider found multiple records for %3. Locate and fix the affected recipients to resume mail flow. |
Explanation
This event indicates that the search that was completed for an object in the Active Directory directory service found more than one object. However, the expected result is that one object is found or that no objects are found.
This event informs you that a recipient object has been configured incorrectly because the object is not unique and individually identifiable.
User Action
To resolve this issue, determine which objects are in conflict, and then use ADSI Edit to write a corrected object.
For more information about ADSI Edit, see ADSI Edit (adsiedit.msc).
