Explanation

Review the Application log and System log on your Exchange 2010 servers for related events. For example, events that occur immediately before and after this event may provide more information about the root cause of this error.

To verify that Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 installed successfully, you can run the Get-ExchangeServer cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell. A list is displayed of all Exchange 2010 server roles that are installed on the specified server when this cmdlet is run.
