Agent Received Incomplete or Missing Call Context

Issue   You are a Microsoft Lync 2010 response group agent, and you receive a response group call that has no call context, or the call context is incomplete.

Resolution   Consider the following:

  • If you are in a hunt group, you will not get any call context. Call context is sent only for interactive groups, not for hunt groups.

  • In supervised transfers for anonymous response group agents, call context is transferred only if the transfer is started from the Lync 2010 conversation window that has the call context.

  • If call context is incomplete (if it is missing questions, for example), you might need to ask the Lync administrator to enter text to complete the incomplete items.
