You can set up an accommodation type to indicate that a worker requires that accommodation.

For example, if you have a worker with a visual disability that requires a guide dog, you can set up an accommodation type called "guide dog." The following list includes some additional types of workplace accommodations:

  • Periodic breaks

  • Ergonomic chair

  • Modified work schedule

  • Adjustable work station

  • Interpreter

  • Parking space closer to entrance

  1. Click Human resources > Setup > Workers > Accommodation types.

  2. In the Accommodation type field, enter a unique identifier for the accommodation type.

  3. In the Description field, enter a description of the accommodation type.

  4. In the Note field, enter additional information about the accommodation.

  5. Close the form.
