(BEL) Convert Intrastat to PRODCOM

Use the Intrastat to PRODCOM conversion form to assign PRODCOM codes to Intrastat commodity codes. These codes can change every year. You can set up the information in a text file. To import the information, click Import conversion data and Import PRODCOM data.
Click Organization administration > Setup > Foreign trade > PRODCOM > Intrastat to PRODCOM conversion.
Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and then select an item commodity code.
Enter the PRODCOM code to assign to the commodity code.
Enter the starting and ending dates for which the association is valid.
Enter the unit of measure in which the items are reported. You can enter a variable, if required.
Close the form to save your changes.
