View or update cash advance requests

You can update cash advance requests that were previously approved. You can update one cash advance request or update multiple requests at the same time.

  1. Click Travel and expense > Common > Cash advances > All cash advances.

  2. Select a filter if you want to see only specific cash advance requests. If you want to see all cash advance requests, do not select a filter.

  3. Select the cash advance request that you want to update.

  4. On the Action Pane, on the General tab, click a button to update the status of the cash advance request:

    • Ordered – The cash advance request has been ordered from the bank.

    • Ready to pay – The cash advance has been received and is available to pay out.

    • Pay and transfer – The cash advance is to be paid and transferred to the general journal.

    • Reset – Reset the status of the cash advance request to Approved.
