Assign a price group to a project, project contract, or customer

You can assign an existing price group to a project, a project contract, or a customer.

Assign a price group to a project

  1. Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects.

  2. Select the project that you want to assign a price group to.

  3. On the Action Pane, on the Project tab, in the Maintain group, click Edit.

  4. In the Projects form, on the Setup FastTab, in the Other information group, in the Sales price group field, select the price group.

Assign a price group to a project contract

  1. Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > Project contracts.

  2. Select the project contract that you want to assign a price group to.

  3. On the Action Pane, on the Project contract tab, in the Maintain group, click Edit.

  4. In the Project contracts form, on the General FastTab, in the Price group field, select the price group.

Assign a price group to a customer

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers.

  2. Select the customer account that you want to assign a price group to.

  3. On the Action Pane, on the Customer tab, in the Maintain group, click Edit.

  4. In the Customers form, on the Sales order defaults FastTab, in the Discount group, in the Price group list, select the price group.
