(USA) Enter request for work environment accommodations

You can enter information about work environment accommodations that are requested by employees and applicants. You can also grant accommodations or deny them. You can create work environment accommodations for workers, employees, or applicants.

  1. Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action pane, click the Worker tab, and then click Personal information > Accommodations.

    –or–

    Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Employees. Select an employee. On the Action pane, click the Worker tab, and then click Personal information > Accommodations.

    –or–

    Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant. On the Action pane, click the Applicant tab, and then click Accommodations to open the Accommodations form.

  2. Create a work environment accommodation.

  3. In the Accommodation type field, select an identifier for the accommodation.

  4. In the Job task field, select the work task that the accommodation is requested for.

  5. In the Status field, select Requested.

  6. Close the form.
