Repair Duet Enterprise (Duet Enterprise)

This article contains guidance on how to repair the Duet Enterprise files in the file system of a computer that is running Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. You should only perform this procedure if the Duet Enterprise files in the file system are corrupted.
This procedure copies files that are on the Duet Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint and SAP DVD to the appropriate folders on the computer that is running Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010.To repair Duet Enterprise
Verify that you have the following administrative credentials:
You must be a member of the Windows Administrators group on the front-end Web server that is running SharePoint Server 2010 to perform the following procedure.
You must also be a member of the Farm Administrators group on the SharePoint Server farm on which you are installing Duet Enterprise.
Log on to a front-end Web server that is running SharePoint Server as a member of the Administrators group and Farm Administrators group.
Open a Command Prompt window and go to the Install folder on the DVD.
Type setup.exe /repair.
The following table describes optional parameters.
Suppresses error and success messages.
/logdir=<log file path>
Path to the Duet Enterprise related log files.
After the “Duet Enterprise setup completed successfully” message is displayed, close the Command Prompt window. If the repair fails, review the Duet Enterprise logs, resolve the problem, and then repeat step 3. If you used the /logdir parameter, the logs can be found in the folder that you specified. Otherwise, they are stored in the Temporary folder of the user who ran Setup.exe.
