Sample: Add a security principal (user or team) to a queue (early bound)

Applies To: CRM 2015 on-prem, CRM Online

This sample code is for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update. Download the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK package. It can be found in the following location in the download package:

SampleCode\CS\BusinessDataModel\BusinessManagement\AddPrincipalToQueue.cs

Requirements

For more information about the requirements for running the sample code provided in this SDK, see Use the sample and helper code.

Demonstrates

This sample shows how to give a user or team access to a queue. The AddPrincipalToQueueRequest adds the specified principal to the list of queue members. If the passed-in security rincipal is a team each member of the team is added to the queue.
