Not all items showing

This message is displayed if the column you are filtering contains too many values to display in the AutoFilter Menu Dialog Box. PowerPivot for Excel can show a maximum of 1000 items in quick filter lists. If you cannot see the expected value in the filter, try creating a custom filter.
