Installing and Opening the VMM Console

The procedures in this section describe how to install the VMM console and then use it to connect to a VMM management server.

You cannot use the VMM console from one version of VMM to connect to a different version of VMM.

Before installing the VMM console, ensure that the computer meets the minimum hardware requirements and that all prerequisite software is installed. The VMM console is automatically installed when you install a VMM management server.
