Copy data to another map
In the map legend, click the name of the data set you want to copy.
On the Edit menu, click Copy.
On the Standard toolbar, click New

to open a new map.- or -
Open a saved map to which you want to add the copied data.
On the Edit menu, click Paste.
Tip As in many Windows-based programs, you can also use CTRL+C to copy the data to the Clipboard and CTRL+V to paste it in the new map.
Note You can only copy a data set to a map created with MapPoint.
