Create data maps
You can map data in MapPoint using several methods. Starting with the Data Mapping Wizard is best when you want to map demographic data or want to add more data to your map. Starting with the Import or Link Data Wizard is best when you want to map your own data on the map. If you recorded data on your GPS navigation device, you can use it in MapPoint when you import a .gpx data file. You can also map data to territories that have been defined on the map.
