The Connector software for the Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials operating system connects the computers in your network to the Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials server. When you connect your computer to the server, it enables you to automatically back up your computer, monitor its health, and enables you to configure and to remotely administer the Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials server. The Connector software is installed when you connect your client computer to the server.
