Delete user delegates in Project Server
Summary: When a user delegate is no longer needed, you can delete it from Project Web App.

Use the following procedure to delete user delegates from Project Web App.
Important
This process deletes the user delegate completely from Project Web App and it cannot be retrieved.
To delete a user delegate
On the Project Web App home page, on the Settings menu, click Project Web App Settings.
On the Server Settings page, in the Queue and Database Administration section, click Delete Enterprise Objects.
On the Delete Enterprise Objects page, select the User Delegates option.
Specify a period end date parameter (number of days, weeks, months, or years before which you want to delete all user delegates).
Click Delete.
