When a status report response is no longer needed, you can delete it from Microsoft Project Server 2010. Note that this process deletes the status report response completely from Project Server and it cannot be retrieved.

Use the following procedure to delete status report responses from Project Server.

To delete status report responses

  1. On the PWA home page, click Server Settings.

  2. On the Server Settings page, in the Database Administration section, click Delete Enterprise Objects.

  3. On the Delete Enterprise Objects page, select the Status Report Responses option.

  4. Specify a period end date parameter (number of days, weeks, months, or years ago before which you want to delete all status report responses).

  5. Click Delete.
