This type of value based paging parameters gives the caller the most precise control over paging behavior.

The record limits map contains record limits per data source. It contains a String that represents the data source name and a 64-bit integer that represents the record limit. The map may be partial, e.g., it may contain the subset of data source record limits. Only the specified data source limits should be applied.
