ShipCarrierStaging::setTrackingURL Method
Sets the URL field based on the tracking number and base URL.

Type: ShipCarrierTracking Table
The ShipCarrierTracking table buffer on which the URL will be set.
Remarks
The URL on the tracking table is never persisted because the base URL is subject to change.
