Select which employee number to upgrade (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

To open this form, click Select which employee number to upgrade in the preprocessing upgrade checklist.

If you used virtual companies in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, you might have duplicate employee records that use the same Address book ID (partyId). Use this form to view the employee records that are associated with the same person and choose which employee record to upgrade. For each Address book ID listed, you only can select one employee record with that Address book ID. Some of the data associated with records that you do not choose to upgrade will be lost after you upgrade. The data that will be lost is displayed in the Data loss for discarded EmplIds form.
