Parties without primary addresses (form)

Click Assign primary addresses to parties in the upgrade checklist to open the Parties without primary addresses form.

Use this form to designate an address as the primary address for multiple parties. If an address is entered for a party, one address must be designated as the primary address.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Update addresses

Assign the first postal address as the primary address for all parties that are displayed in the list. You can also manually select an address as the primary address for a party by navigating to the party record.

Mark the first postal address as primary for all records without a primary address identified.

Select the check box to assign the first address listed for the party as the primary address when you click the Update addresses button. This action applies to all parties that are displayed on the form.

Company name

View the legal entity that the party is assigned to.

Description

View the type of record, such as a worker, application, or prospective vendor.

Account number

View the account number assigned to the party record.

Name

View the name of the party.
