Click Preprocessing upgrade checklist > Prepare application data for preprocessing > Product upgrade > View > Item dimension combinations or All item dimension combinations.

Use this form to view the combinations of dimensions for items in the existing data set. Items with active dimensions are created as product masters. Each active item dimension or item dimension combination is created as a product variant for the associated product master.

Tip

Click Preprocessing checklist > Prepare application data for preprocessing > Product upgrade > View > Product preview > Variants > Product variants to view the product variants that correspond to the item dimension combinations listed in this form.

Note

This form can be opened from two submenu items:

Item dimension combinations – If the selected item has active dimensions associated with it, you can view a list of the dimension combinations here.
All item dimension combinations – View a list of all the dimension combinations that exist for the items in the existing data set.

Tab	Description
Overview	View a list of item dimension combinations.
Details	View details of the item dimension combination that is selected on the Overview tab.

Buttons

Button	Description
Synchronize item dimension combinations	Synchronize the item dimension combinations with the existing data in the system. For more information, see Synchronize item combinations (form). Note If changes have been made to the original data set after the data were synchronized the last time, you will get a warning that synchronization is required.

Fields

Field	Description
Item number	Identification of the item.
Company	The company of the item.
Name	The name of the item dimension combination. Note The name is not mandatory information so if this field is empty it is because the item dimension combination was not named in the original data set.
Configuration, Size, Color	The configuration, size, and color dimensions that are associated with the item.
